About

Hi, Welcome To Blooming Into You

I’m Kristen, a Trauma Recovery Specialist, Master-Level Transformational Health & Wellness Coach, and Hypnotherapist. I help people heal from C-PTSD, body shame, limiting beliefs, and unhealthy patterns rooted in trauma and abuse.

My holistic approach—working from both the body up and the mind down—releases old patterns and seeds in new, empowering beliefs. The result is deep, lasting transformation that reconnects you with your true self.

My mission is to help you feel empowered, make yourself a priority, and finally create a life of clarity, confidence, and self-love. Healing can feel overwhelming, especially if others don’t understand—but you don’t have to do it alone.

My Story

I’ve walked a long healing journey. After years of abusive and traumatizing relationships, codependency, emotional eating, body shame, social anxiety, and a deep fear of abandonment, I finally learned that I am enough, I am wanted, and I am lovable. For so long, boundaries felt impossible because I didn’t choose myself. Hypnotherapy and belief-change work transformed me from the inside out. Today, I choose myself. I love myself. I am confident, empowered, and free. No one will ever control me again. The patterns that once kept me stuck are gone—and hypnotherapy was the breakthrough that made it possible.

Now I help others experience the same freedom. With my own lived experience, years of guiding hundreds of clients, and a toolbox of powerful techniques, I can help you let go of old patterns and create the life you’ve always wanted—without spending decades figuring it out alone like I did. My approach is simple: release what no longer serves you, plant new beliefs, and grow into the fullest expression of who you are.

At Blooming Into You, we focus on empowerment, self-love, and rediscovering the real you. I specialize in working with people who’ve experienced trauma, abuse, or unhealthy attachments, or who struggle with the belief they’re not enough—when in truth, they always have been. You don’t have to carry that weight anymore.

Together, we’ll use tools like Parts Work, nervous system regulation, hypnotherapy and NLP, CBT, and even the Law of Assumption to help you heal, gain clarity, and confidently step into your next chapter and help you create yourself as your own safe base, which is the best way to have true sovereignty and self-empowerment. Once you have this, life bends to your will and your dreams come into focus and into fruition. Healing doesn’t always have to feel heavy—it can feel freeing, joyful, and deeply nourishing.

You deserve to feel at home in yourself, to be free of the past, and to live a life filled with joy and confidence. Blooming Into You is your safe space to do just that.

There Is Always Light At
The End Of The Tunnel

If you’re ready to start your journey, let’s take the first step forward together—I’m ready to connect with you. If you feel lost, broken, and hopeless, know you are not alone. Something or someone led you to come here, and you’re reading this now because you realize you don’t have to be in this darkness alone. As I’ve learned through my recovery, there are several stages of trauma healing, and it has opened my eyes. Having worked with many people, I am grateful for all I’ve learned and discovered through this training and recovery process. With me as your healing guide, you will feel supported throughout the entire recovery process, where I will help you live the absolute best life you can live.
